I would of liked to know their rules regarding student housing about who has to go. It turned out that I did not have to go to the dorms because I live less than 50 miles away from the Auraria campus and the rules only require freshmen that lives outside 50 miles to live in the dorms. It is great for the experience of living away from home, but I could of saved more money for college by living at home.
I wish i could've known that everyone is as scared as I was on the first day. Everyone wanted to make friends and have fun classes and have someone sit next to them in class or eating lunch. I would've told myself to just talk to people because odds are they wanted to talk to you too.
Before I came to this school I would of liked to have known the tuition costs of some of their Fine Art majors in advance, specifically their Digital Animation Program throughout a four year span. By knowing this I would have planned on looking at other more affordable majors that suit my interests before deciding on the Digital Animation major.

How much I was going to fall in love with the campus, environment, faculty and diversity. Its a great school and I'm so grateful I chose this specific university.
The school is a "commuter" school and it's hard to connect to people unless you live on campus.
Lots of walking, little vegan options, not nearly as sociable as other schools.
I wish I would've known more about financial aid opportunities.
I wish I had known how tough college would be before I got there. Although college is challenging for me, its not in the triditional sense. The work load is a lot, but the really though part for me is trying to connect with people around me. Although the ideal student for my college is able to make friends and fit in with others, I find that difficult, coming from a high school where my graduating class consisted of 16 people. I wish someone would have told me how big and daunting college would be before I got here.
I wish I had been more prepared, more focused and ready to work hard. If you really want to be successful you're going to have to work hard.

I wish I had known it didn't have a lot of extracurricular activities to offer.
