Outstanding pre-med and pre-law Catholic University. Really a top-notch institution!

Amanda

The University of Dallas is best known for its outstanding Catholic character. While other schools may claim to be Catholic, they don't really follow through in anything but name. UD offers you every opportunity to grow as a person, service is just as important as academics, and both friends and professors alike will be there to encourage you in your faith. Everyone understands that you're at a Catholic school, so you will be treated like a Catholic. You don't have to be Catholic to attend, and you definitely wouldn't feel any pressure if you aren't.

The University of Dallas is best known for its basis in the Liberal Arts and its Catholic heritage. It has a "Core" Curriculum which is widely admitted to be impressive and a good foundation for a liberal arts degree. Every student must fulfill the "Core" requirement, no matter which specific major they are studying. The "core" is most impressive because it links everything a student learns from the University of Dallas together and different parts of itcan be applied to their major and even to daily life.

Teresa

My school is best known for its study abroad program, its excellence in Humanities, and its Catholic character.

Daniel

The Core classes that everyone takes in common.

Zofia

A conservative, Catholic school, with a strong emphasis on the traditions of western civilization. It attracts intellectual or "nerdy" types who tend to have an interest in the liberal arts, particularly politics, literature, and philosophy.
