The typical meal plan offered here is a lot of 'meals' which you can swipe into the dining hall with in addition to points, which you can use at a bunch of places around campus. The dining halls are close to the residence halls so are the most convenient if you live on campus. If you live off campus, you either don't get a meal plan, or you can get an off campus meal plan that works at a lot of the restaurants on Main Street. In my opinion, the dining halls are OK. They have a variety of foods served every day, but because I am a picky eater, I sometimes have trouble finding different things that I actually like. But the dining halls are really convenient to eat at. Also, I use my points a lot at places like Trabant University Center and mini mart type places like the Pod on Larid campus.
