Despite some political setbacks, I love the University of Florida. Since I stepped foot on campus as a student for the first time Freshman year it felt like home. I've made countless friends and learned an excruciating amount of valuable lessons. Truly one of the best places to grow into an adult.

Carlos - 08/12/2023

I am a huge fan of the support they provide for their students. In contrast to other universities, I have seen them actually try to help the students get on to beneficial paths or find new opportunities when old ones have closed. In the end, the environment created by the staff is a huge part of why this is such a great school.

Angelina - 05/17/2023

Overall, I believe the University of Florida is a great institution for those seeking a large state school experience. There is a tone of school spirit, plenty of extracurricular activities, and wonderful academics. It is in the heart of Gainesville a true college town and anyone who attends will never be board because there is always something to do.

Sarah - 12/06/2022

I love the diversity you can partake in classes, minors, extracurriculars, and more. The school is walkable (which is nice because you will not find parking), and has a charming old-school feel. There are a variety of natural areas to visit, and there are plenty of revolving museums and shows going through that entertainment can be found. Everyone I have met is really nice, and the faculty do want to assist you with your success. The options can be a bit overwhelming, but the possibilities are endless.
