My school, the University of Louisiana at Monroe, has the GOLD (Gateway to OnLine Degrees) program. Learners are able to utilize the convenience and flexibility of online learning to earn a college degree. It is very convenient for me to work full-time and still pursue a college degree. My grades would improve if I did not have to work so much in order to pay my own way with tuition and books. I am currently pursuing an associate degree but if I were awarded scholarship assistance, I would continue with my studies to obtain a bachelor's degree.

I think the best thing about my school are the labs. My school offers many different computer labs all over campus for researching information, printing out school papers, and using the internet. My school also offers equipment labs for students in nursing, radiologic technology, clinical lab science, etc. These labs are very beneficial to our learning experience and really enhance our education. Without these labs, our education would be hindered because we have no where else to use facilities like these.

I consider the bayou to be the best thing about my school. It is very beautiful and relaxing which makes it enjoyable to be on campus. The bayou makes the campus one of a kinda.

The best thing about my school to me is it not that big and it is close to my hometown which was important to me because I did not want far away my first year in college. I think my school has great teachers who care and take time to talk and help students.

I like that my advisor and professors not only care about how I am doing in the classroom, but what is going on in my personal life that is affecting my work in the classroom. They are like my own counselors. I know I can go to them for just about anything.

What I like most about ULM is that there are so many different majors availiable. ULM offers everything from business, accounting, nursing, pharmacy, to construction and aviation. There is a career choice at ULM for everyone.

The best thing I consider about my school is the atmosphere. Since the university isn't too big or too small, you know alot of people. My university offers many activities for students to participate in outside of the class. The faulty is always willing to help students even outside of their office hours. All in all I'm glad I chose ULM and I don't think there is any other university I would want to attend.

We're not big or fancy. In fact, there's a lot of things we're not. The one thing we are - is friendly.

The student success center, becasue there is always someone there to help you with anything you need pertaining to school.

The Campus and classroom quality has risen greatly over the last few years.

All the beautiful palm trees and the library is the best place to study! Its extremely quite and comfortable to be in! I love the campus and all the friends you meet.

Its size. It is a decent size and it is small enough so that you can hardly walk to class without seein somone you know.

It is cheap and gives good scholarships.
