The tempatures in the dorm. They are way to hot and we have no control over them. The bathrooms are also heated with no ventalation and when taking a shower it is almost to the point of passing out.
The most frustrating thing about Umaine at Farmington is the small-town nature of the campus. If you like to keep really busy and active outside of your school, don't come here; there isn't that much to do.
Many students who took issue with things across campus (be it the dining hall, the residence halls, or what have you) refused to voice their concerns so that they could be addressed; they preferred to complain for four years to their friends.
I really haven't run into anything fustrating.
My college, The University of Maine at Farmington is connected to the entire state of Maine's university system. In my opinion, the food options are the one most frustrating and unsatisfactory part of the college experience. The cafeteria itself is acceptable and lends itself to student interaction, with its family style tables and low key decor, but the food lacks imagination and variety. UMF, should, in my opinion, model it's food program after some of it's sister campuses larger, more innovative and student friendly meal programs.
The most frustrating thing about my school is that this school is considered a "suitcase" campus, meaning, during the weekends and breaks a lot of students leave and go back home.
The lack of male students. The school is made up of about an 80% female population. It makes it very difficult to find a date for things when you are living on campus as a single female. Also, you will find some professors/advisors who really don't care how you do in school or even if you graduate.
Finacial aid staff is not very understanding.
Cold, long winters.
