Our school often spends money on things that I would say are unneccessary. Currently, tuition and housing rates are going up because of the economic situation and the school is spending money on landscaping and other projects that aren't necessities. There are things that I think better deserve the money--buildings on campus, funding for education programs--that have difficulty getting money.
The most frustrating thing about Mary Hardin-Baylor is that the school is very strict on policies and there is a fine for everything, including chasing squirrels!

Personally the ability to finance my education, is what really gets to me. They give many opportunities to pay for the school, it just happens that in my case I do not recieve help from my family to pay for school. I am always thinking of different ways and scholarships to pay for school so that i will not need to take out any more loans.
