We are up on a hill, so the winters are pretty brutal. The wind can almost knock you over sometimes. Some things are connected by underground tunnels, but not everything.
The most frustrating thing about school is when the internet access is poor or down and you need to get a paper done or check your email and you cannot due so.
The most frustrating thing about the school is the whearther during the winter time it is really cold. It is very hard to get into twon with the cold and all.
The most frustrating thing about my school is the cold, windy winters. The University of Mary is small so walking around campus might be extremely chilly at times but with in 5 minutes, students are back indoors. My school also has the best view, overlooking the river with plenty of open spaces provided to get a sense of the northern plains.
The most frustrating thing at my school is the odd class schedule that they have. One class meets Mondays, Tuesday and Thursdays, while other meet Monday Wednesday Fridays and another meets Mondays, Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays. It’s so inconsistent and hard to keep all my studies in order. The classes should be on more consistent basis. On first week of classes I missed two classes because the schedule was so weird.
I would have to say the most frustrating thing about my school is the cold.
I really haven't found any problems so far. I haven't been school very long, though. So far, its everything I wanted it to be. I am actually at a satelite classroom In Crow Agency, MT. Its great!
The weather and lack of shuttle service
The small size, living in the dorm, having to eat the cafeteria food and although the campus is beautiful it would be easier to be closer to Bismarck for a variety of reasons.
I think the most frustrating thing about my courses at this university is that some semesters we have the same professor for the majority of our classes. It is not a terrible thing, but it doesn't give us as much diversity as we could have. I am sure this will change as the program grows.
The most frustrating thing for most people is the isolation of being out of the city of Bismarck, and the very high price of tuition. That deters a lot of students from attending U Mary. The psychology department is very weak here also.
Trying to focus on classes when there is so much to get involved in.
