I can't think of a day, so I'll tell you a time. When our men's basketball team beat 15th ranked FSU (also our biggest rival). Once the get hit the 1 minute mark the students started to surge towards the court, by 30 seconds they were as far as security would let them and when that buzzer hit 0.0 they rushed the court and lifted Durand Scott and Rion Brown (two of our key players for the game) up into the air. Being in the band I had to play fight songs and was not part of the rush, but the excitement and pride was overwhelming.

My most memorable day on campus would be the day that the old Rathskeller building was closed to make way for the new student center that is being built. The Rat is the only place on campus where you can buy alcohol and it's tradition to buy your first pitcher there when you turn 21. The Rat still exists, they just moved it to another location on campus but the closing of the old building was a big deal. There was basically a party for a solid week. I had friends that would camp out in the morning to make sure they got one of the outdoor gliders for the day. The school gave out Rathskeller souvenirs every day. On the last day it was open there was a huge storm but everyone just sat out in the rain drinking their pitchers and having a good time.

The day on campus that will forever be engraved in my mind is reveal day, the last day of sorority recruitment when everyone finds out which, if, sorority they got into. I waited in an eternal line which snaked about the green to wait for my turn to go up on the rock in front of hundreds of girls to take off my shirt and reveal which sorority's shirt I had on underneath. I was instantly tackled to the ground by my new sisters and hurried off into their huddle. It was the more exhilarating day.
