University of Michigan-Ann Arbor Top Questions

There is a lot of the hookup culture present on campus. I'm not to sure if people date much.

The dating scene at U of M is fairly casual. Especially during the freshman year, a lot of people just want to have a good time at college without any big commitments. However, that's most certainly not to say that nobody at Michigan wants a relationship. When people do start going out, many of them have fairly long, committed relationships. Since the student body at Michigan is so diverse, meeting people is always a lot of fun, and you're bound to find someone that you'll take a liking to! Just don't push too hard for a relationship, and don't be too upset if something doesn't work out (not just at U of M, this applies pretty much anywhere you go)! The campus is huge, and as they say - there are plenty of fish in the sea ;)
