Honestly the on campus housing and Brown dining could be much better (and much more affordable) but other than that it's and amazing school if you have motivation and use the resources available. A lot of people don't use the academic resources available but they are amazing.

This is a great school for for Animal Science and Equine Science or any agriculture related majors. A lot of hands on experience. Very involved with FFA. Plenty of extracurricular activities to join. Faculty are very easy to approach. Small campus community.

Lynsay

The University of Minnesota Crookston is a wonderful school, with great teachers a faculty. The classes are small which is fantastic, and the campus is beautiful. There are plenty of extra curricular activities and clubs to join in on, and everybody is very friendly. I really enjoy going to school here!

Brianna

I absolutely love it! The best part is the small classroom sizes! The dorm rooms are clean, comfortable and a good size altogether! The only disappointing thing is that there are no nearby shopping malls or food courts, which can be a good thing! The campus stays true to its word! Small campus. Big degree.

  7. What's the most frustrating thing about your school?

I am a fully online student. The most frustrating thing for me is when a professor puts limits on when assignment are open. I understand that deadlines are needed and work should be done by a certain date; but I think assignments should ALL be open ALL semester so if needed we can work ahead. The main reason for doing online courses is for the convenience. If I have a busy week coming up I want to be able to get my work done ahead of time.
