Luke

The degree placement rate is the subject I brag about the most when talking about the University of Minnesota, Crookston. When talking with students from other colleges, they are amazed that the UMC's placement rate for my major is a high 87{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c}. Another aspect of UMC that I like is the hands-on approach to learning. We are not just learning from books, but carry the learned concepts a step further by using them in the field. The professors are connected to the students to build a strong concept-to-field connection.

When I talk about my school I usually talk about how close knit everyone is here. Coming here after high school was a great choice for me. It is a nice size campus that you will not get lost in. Everybody here is very freindly and outgoing. Dont think that you wont make freinds here beacuse it is very easy to make freinds on this campus. The teachers here are very freindly and know you by your frist name.

Honestly, everytime school comes up, I tell my friends how much I love it! While my friends are busy stressing about their school work load, I just smile and tell them how much I am enjoying the University of Minnesota. Obviously, it is challenging, but I feel that the professors are very mindful of the work load they give us.
