The kind of person who shouldn't attend the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities gets easliy overwhelmed. There are a lot of stimuli here and for most it is a great thing, but for some, it doesn't bode so well.

Someone who only thrives on special attention and prefers a smaller school. The University of Minnesota Twin Cities is one of the largest universities in the states, so if someone doesnt like to be surrounded by a lot of people then this is not the place for them.

Anyone who needs hand holding. It is a very large school but there are plenty of ways to find your 'home' and make it small. No one is really there to put you in that home though - you need to have the initiative to go out and find it yourself.

Anyone who is made uncomfortable by ancient, towering classroom buildings should definitely not attend school here. The campus is very intimidating at first, and the large class size can make one feel unimportant as an individual student.

A person who is highly dependable of other people and who needs daily guidance in their life should not attend this school.

People who don't like big schools. Conservative people who don't like other cultures. If you only want to party at college, you're probably going to fail out of your classes here if you do that. If you don't like a big city.

Anyone can find a fit in this school except people who simple cannot bear minnesota cold winters and requires more diversity than asian/white

A person who doesn't like a big school. Someone who is very insecure about themsevles and where they see themselves in 5, 10, 15 years. A person who is big into dance and music. The U of M could be a lot more spirited. If you want a big greek life, the U does not have that. We have sororities and fraternities but just a few.

Someone who is not into big places should not go to the U.
