It is hard to say that the dorm life was the most pleasing experience I have ever had, but who can? I grew up living in my own room with a large bed, I was not used to having a roommate or a tiny twin size bed. However, one of the best things about the dorm was meeting everyone on my floor. The kids who lived across the hall from me, ended up being my pledge brothers in my fraternity. And a couple of them eventually became my roommates for my sophomore and junior year. Another convenience about the dorms was the fact that they are on campus, so everything is close to you. I remember when I had my 8am classes. I woke up late a few times...but still made it to class on time.
