A student shouldn't attend the University of Missouri- Columbia if they are not ready to work hard for their grades and commit to their classes. It takes a lot of work and time management to succeed and with so many extracurricular activities available to students it can be easy to get caught up in them. A person has to be willing to get involved and meet people and at such a large school it can be difficult to know where to start, people should not come here if they are not willing to make an effort .
A person that is not self-motivated. It can be easy to become distracted with off social events and quickly get behind in school related work.
Someone who is afraid of crowds and who can't handle larger lecture halls.
Someone that is not wanting and willing to step out of their comfort zone. There are so many people that you have to be willing to take chances and meet new people because that is alot of what this school is about.
I think a lot of different kinds of people fit in here.
