What's the most frustrating thing about your school?

Viktoriya

Not many people are willing to do the best they can in their classes, they just give minimum effort although they are paying for these classes.

Tonesha

The most frustrating thing about my school is the geese poop all over the place and stand in the middle of the side walks.

Ashley

I have not found nothing that is frustrating yet.

Caresa

The most frustrating thing about UMSL is the parking situation. It is difficult to get a spot in the garages that are close to classes. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Tera

The price... it's very reasonable, but I have no income, and depend entirely on scholarships. It would be nice if they gve scholarships or discounts or something for excellent grades.

Heather

As a College of Education student I feel that there is very little variety as to the placement options for internships and student teaching. Also as you get in the Junior and Senior level courses there is very little variety as to when you can take classes; this makes working out a class schedule when you have work, kids, family, extracurricular activities, etc. very difficult.

Fallon

nothing

Madison

it's really hard to find a parking spot in the mornings

Sara

advising is terrible, the advisors usually know less about the classes than I do. Not enough variety of housing and not very many students living on campus. Pretty much no school spirit. Some majors are a lot less difficult than others so it seems that a lot of students graduate without doing half as much work as I do. Hard to get answers to simple questions

Adrienne

Students are disengaged in campus. It is a commuter school.

Katherine

The most frustrating thing about my school, would probably be scheduling. Sometimes its difficult to schedule the courses I need, in order to graduate because they only offer the course at one time during the week. In cases, such as this, you either take the course when it's given, or you don't, which could postpone graduation, and becomes frustrating.

Hope

Honestly, the most frustrating thing about my school is simply the drive between my house and the campus. It's all highway, but it's about 45 miles each way. I wish there was more affordable, off-campus, student housing near my school.

Ethan

I can't stand our Fraternities and the fact that they can serve minors and get away with it. I feel that it's a problem and should be looked into more than it currently is. Social dynamics make new freshmen cling onto people easily and a lot of the times they cling onto the wrong type of people. Fraternities in themselves are not bad, however some of the things they do are bad and I cannot support them.

Aldo

The most frustrating thing about my school is the parking lots problems. I have to get on campus an hour before my morning classes in order to find a parking spot close to my buildings. It is very hard to find one when you are already late for your class and you barely have enough time to walk from your parking spot to your class. And you waste gas by driving around to find an empty parking spot.

Lindsay

The advisors don't seem to know anything about some of the majors, and what their programs require leaving the student running in circles.
