Mount Union is a place "where execptional begins..." These are the first words I remember seeing when I arrived here on campus. So far, the school has actually supported and backed up its mission statement. Whenever I go back home, I brag and tell my friends of the many opportunities that the University provides for its students. Alongside being a player on one of the best football teams in the nation, I am also able to express my interests through different organizations and activities around campus. Honestly, who would want anything less than execptional ? I know I wouldn't!
I absolutely love the campus. It is really beautiful. I attended a different college for my freshman year in a big city where the campus was condensed into a few blocks and was not pretty to look at. This campus has a lot of open areas, well kept lawn, lots of trees, and nice and updated buildings. I went on my tour when it was raining and I still picked this campus because of how amazing it looked. They update buildings every year and do a lot to make the campus look great. I love sitting by the lakes.
Mount Union has a beautiful campus and I never mind walking to class because the walk is always pretty. I also know the majority of the students who attend there because it's such a small school. The small size is very impressive, as it gives me a lot more one on one time with my professors, most of whom know me by my name. Academics definitely come first, but everyone is encouraged to get involved in extracirriculars.
When I tell my friends about my school I brag the most about the small class sizes and availability of one-on-one time with professors. The small class sizes allow for professors to develop a strong relationship with students and every professor I have had makes time to meet with students one-on-one who ask for extra help.
I would normally tell my friends about the football team going to nationals each year. It is the biggest outstanding factor that if anyone has heard about Mount Union, it would be because of the our Purple Raiders.
I brag about the opprotunities Mount provides me with for my future into Med school and with the exercise science programs
That Mount Union is nationally accredited for there education program.
I brag about how good our academics are and our football team
Football and the females.
