UNCG is a deverse and culturaly large school.
My school is a small, underfunded state university where the administration lacks insight into the wants and needs of the students.
Love my major, but I'm more than ready for a change.
UNCG is a liberal school by several definitions: as an institution, as a community, and as an open forum for varied opinions and beliefs; no one will stand alone if he or she doesn't want to.
It looks like a tiny BIG City! I mean really it can be a sight to see every time you walk around. If you do decide to come to UNCG mark your schedule for one night to come out when the street lights are on and there are not too many people out walking and just sit back and take in the sight of your new temporarily HOME.
The whole campus is clean and beautiful. Some buildings are extremely modern looking and others are historic and classic, adding to the culture of the school. The architecture and landscaping is quite appealing and well kept. The maintenance groups do a great job in keeping the school look fresh. There are many statues and art forms located through out the campus, plus the swing-set right outside the EUC is really fun and adds a touch of whimsy to the campus. I love it!
Our campus looks somewhat historical, there are flowers everywhere which makes it stand out. There are new buildings on campus which are amazing! We even have a Bojangles on campus now which is the students favorite place to eat at now.
