There are a wide selection of types of dorms, and to be quite honest we have some of the newest and nicest that I have yet to see. Upper class man have a choice of living in on campus apartments which is where I live. Freshman can live in the hall (which is the stereotypical dorm meaning common area, communal kitchen, communal bathroom), the crossings which is where you and another roommate share a room and a bathroom and there is a communal kitchen, and the landing (which is similar to the crossings). Finally, there is the Fountains, which is basically an on campus resort.
