I would tell myself to stay away from people that are not fully focused on their education. Do not assume that everyone in college has their priorities set on success. Get involved in school activities to be aware of what's going on around you. Your way is not the only way to do things. Keep an open-mind and consider everyone ideas so that you can become an effective leader. Arrive to class on time every day, always be prepared and ask questions when you don't understand. College is an independent environment so be sure to take responsibility for your own actions.
In all honesty I don't have a "worst thing" about my school. I believe a school is a place that helps an individual achieve their goals and reach their dreams and everything about that is positive!!
My classmates are, wonderful, spectaular, goal oriented and they love to work as a team.
The best thing about UTA is that it offers a large variety of academic programs and it has everything you need without having to leave campus. The teachers are also very helpful and knowledgeable about course topics. There is a food hall with several restaurants inside, several libraries, occasional live entertainment shows, and a bookstore. UTA allows you to express yourself as an individual. There is a large diversity of ethnic groups no one should have to worry about not finding new friends to fit in with.
The class sizes are same and the Professor is into the class also.
Before I went to the school I wish I would have known the distance between my permitted parking area and my classroom. Being unaware I originally bought the cheapest parking permit that was available and my permitted parking lot area ended up being maybe a 1 or 2 mile walk away from my class building.
