What's the one thing you wish someone had told you about freshman year?

I wish I knew how simple going back to school was. Unfortunately, high school counselors made the preperation for college more difficult than it was.

I wish I would have known sooner that this school offers the ability to not choose your major until your fourth year for computer information science. I would have made the decision to go with them much sooner had I known this. My problem with picking a school was that I wasn't sure which field of computer science i wanted to go with, and I didn't want to start a major and then find I didn't enjoy doing it.

That returning to school after graduating 30 years ago is quite a challenge. It's a good thing that I had at least learned about computers and am internet wise. For an "older" person to survive in this"high tech" world I am glad I know how to work the computer, otherwise there would be no way to keep up with the "younger" students
