I would have not waited so long to attend college. I would have jumped into UOP instead of going to Nashville State community college. I would already be in a job of my choice if I had went straght to college instead of taking off for a while. Don't let "money" take over you. Making money can sometimes not last long. Do something that will make you happy in the future.
The kind of person that shouldn't attend this school is someone who needs to be told to do things. This school makjes you take the ignishitive on completing assignment and tasks for the class
The best thing about the school are the teachers. There is a great deal of mutual respect. The teachers can be firm, but fair and will take enough time to make sure everyone has a great understanding of their courses and assignments. It is also a friendly environment among students and teachers.
I wish I have known how much it cost before I agreed on UOP. I wish I would have the tution cost before signing. Other than the high cost eveything else is ok.
My class mates are a group of mature women who dcecided to return to school ither to finish their degree or to start on a degree. My class mates are juggleing working, family, social life, and homework. These men and woman are serious about their education.
My school is best known for taking people in my situation and creating a flexible environemnt in which everyone can suceed given the right drive and determination. University of Phoenix offers a wide range of classes to fit into any schedule and make college life do able.
The learning teams allow students to work in group settings so that class work can be completed. Although it does promote teamwork and how do deal with team conflict, it can get frustrating from time to time, but the benefits far exceed the frustration.
Awesome online learning services.
This school allows for you class hours to be flexible, which is good for someone like me who has a full time job.
The school is a little expensive and it does not offer counseling courses in Psychology for the masters level.
I bragged about the respect my school had for other schools. While talking to other schools to decide which one was best for me, many of them talked bad about other schools to try to win me over. In my opinion this is poor character not only for the individual but on for the school he is speaking on behalf of. UOP never once pressured me to chose quickly nor downed other universities curriculim. I spoke with an advisor there for several months before I chose to apply.
