The only thing I really do not like about my school is the only break we get between classes is two weeks during Christmas. If you want any other breaks between classes you must request them.

You are online, so there is no one to explain things right away if you have a question. You can get help, but it takes time. Also, there is no one there to get you motivated, remind you about your homework, etc. You have to be a self-starter, but that's how real life is. You need to spend a few hours a day on the computer, and sometimes that is not easy to do for some people, for one reason or another.

Since I attend an online program, the worst thing about it is that I am not able to talk and meet with my fellow classmates face to face.

The worst thing about my school is primarily the debt we are left with oweing the Gov. after school is paid with what we are granted for loans from FAFSA; the education to me still seems worth it.

A student needs constistant computer and internet access.

The worst thing about completing coursework online is that the course work is completed online. The online experience would occassionally suffer from internet server outageous that occur near the due date period of many assignments; or, for the resources necessary to complete those assignments. Furthermore, many students fail to take the coursework seriously enough to put forth their best effort despite completing assigned tasks below par as stated according to the syllabus. Lastly, several instructors would prove inflexible in their interpretation of the syllabus or accepting alternate interpretations to the syllabus.

I really don't think there is anything bad about my school. I just started this last year. So far everything is ok. This had been hard for me because I have been out of school for over 30 years.

Not talking to your instructors face to face.

I don?t consider anything worse about my school. If I had to pick one, I would pick that even when you are in the hospital, most professors would not accept late work at all even if it is a day late. I was in the hospital for sinus issues and posted my assignment the next day, and the professor would not even take it after I spent about 3-4 hours on the work. Being online and not in the classroom, many teachers do not know what is going on physically.

I can't say that I consider anything bad about my school.

The first class is the hardest as you are trying to complete the work and to get familiar with the computer system, the give little room for error.

The worst thing about my school is that I cannot meet with my teachers in person. I like to meet people; I enjoy being able to put a face to a name. While attending the online university, I will not be able meet the important people who help me to achieve my goals.

Unsupportive administration, very decentralized. Greek organizations rule the social scene.

The only thing that I would consider to be bad about my school would be the fact that sometimes computer can have technical problems. A student who is wanting to attend any online school must know that there might be a day when their computer just does not want to work. They should be prepared to face this. The school itself does not actually have anything bad about it, in my opinion. I have found everything to run smoothly during the classes and the transitions from class to class. Student workshops are provided to the students free of charge.

The fact that there is not anyone to consult with a question having to do with homework or an area of study like you would at a university on campus. So with that said online courses are a little more difficult in that way.

I really don't have negative things to say about my school? I am very happy there and everyone is so helpful. My Gen 105 Teacher is always there to explain an assignment or dicussion question and makes you feel like your in a classroom. If I had to pick the worst thing about the school I guess it would be that I can not use the HESSA money so I need a lot of scholarships or I won't be able to move toward my bachelors.

I guess the worst thing about this school is how some things are hard to understand and it is not always easy to get asnswers to these questions in time before the assignment is due.

I enjoy my experiences at the University of Phoenix. I consider the worst thing about being enrolled at this school is, the missing in-person student and teacher interaction. This is an online campus in which all interaction is web-based. I do at times miss the interaction with people that I received through my prior attendence at Valencia Community College.

I have nothing bad to say about the school I am attending.

The worst thing is that there is no interaction with other students. When you are doing a team project you have to wait for a team member to respond to you which can take days.

The lack of face to face class participation.

While I believe that the University of Phoenix is a great place to get an education, the one drawback is that you do not get to see who you are interacting with. Inflection and enthusiasm do not translate well over the internet, but if you are self-motivated and can do without face-to-face interaction, you'll be fine. There are phone calls, but again, you never get to see who you are talking to. It may seem trivial, but these people are so helpful that being able to see them would be great.

The worst thing I can think of about my school is the recent change that was made by removing the syllabus and course calendar from the Class Materials section of the website and having the instructor responsible for posting it after class starts. This leaves little preparation time for assignments that are due on the first and second day of class, especially when a student is also working full time.

The worst thing about my school is that it's main campus is in Arizona, so I have to communicate with my professors and advisors over the phone or though e-mail instead of seeing them face-to-face.

While my work schedule requries online learning, I wish I could be in a classroom again. I feel I am missing out on great discussion in an online learning environment. I miss learning from people one on one, in person. It's difficult to have student camaraderie and interaction.

I don't consider there to be a downside at this point - that may change, but I doubt it.

The worse thing about my school is probably the cost of it. It is quite a bit more expensive than attending physical classes at my local university, however the degree program and the flexibility are great.

The required readings are done online. Printing the chapters from the books and/or articles will take up too much of my ink cartridge. It can get very costly.

The part of this school that I consider the worst thing is the fact that the instructors are not academic professionals and they tend to run their classrooms as such. I have been very dissapointed with a large number of the instructors. I feel the while the instructors are people who work in the field they are teaching, they are lacking in the area of classroom instruction.

The University of Phoenix is a great school to attend. The only thing that it lack when it comes to education is the hands-on experience. Being a more hands-on learner, this made it a little more difficult to adjust. Once I got through a few classes I adjusted to the online experience.

The worst thing about my high school is that the equipment was outdated and old.

I can't think of anything I really don't like about it,m except maybe the struggle with my own procrastination issues because I have to be so on top of myself. But again that's not a bad thing, it encourages me to try harder.

There is nothing that I consider the worst thing about University of Phoenix. I like that I can do my homework at my pace, in the privacy of my home, and able to work on my school work anytime of the day.

I would have to say that I cannot really find anything negative to say about the school. So far, the classes and the the schools environment has been pleasing.

That I do not get to see the other students or the instructors. Since all my course work is online I do not really get to interact with other students or teachers.

The only thing that I do not like about this school is that being in the online program you have to communicate with financial aid and academic advisors all on the phone or by e-mail. It would be easier if you could go to the campus and talk to someone there regarding these things.

I don't think there is a worst thing about school only that you have to be willing to keep up on your assignments. Being in college gives you a whole new look at school when you have to be in class or work and choosing not only to go back to school but the hardest part is staying in school. The worst thing about being in school is only letting yourself down by not finishing.

The worst thing about my school is the cost of attendance. It will cost me somewhere around $40,000 to attain my goal of getting a Masters in Communication. I am only hoping that in the end, I will be able to pay back my student loans as I am not qualified for grants through FASFA.

The worst thing about my school now is one of the classes I am taking currently. This class I am taking right now is a nutrition class and it is getting really frustrating to me. I am not understanding why my teacher is marking me off on certain things and when I try to ask her she just tells me to look at the materials again. I feel like I get points marked off for little things and I wish I could get some help for this one.

The worst thing about the university, that I can only imagine, would be seeing some of the most amazing people give up on themselves because of doubt or fear. Going through each course, being taught how to work and collaborate with people from variously interesting backgrounds, support and unity is what the university is really all about. I have been blessed with having classrooms where the instructor or professor associated with the class on both professional and personal scales in experience. With so much inspiration from the faculty and staff, along with students, to see someone give up hurts.

The lack of face to face interaction with other students and faculity is the worse thing about online campus. With an online campus you miss out on the one on one social aspect of campus life. Misunderstanding can be very common because it is harder to read a person's meaning into a written comment.

The is truly nothing that I consider worse about the the university that I attend.

The fact that the nearest campus is two hours away is the worst thing about my school. It would be nice to have easier access to a human when I want one, rather than having to travel to see someone.

I miss the face to face interaction. The computer does not include tone of voice. Sometimes it's easier to understand or ask questions face to face with your teacher.

Because this is an Online based campus, I would have to say the worst thing about this school is the lack of oh hand experience. Many individuals learn best with on hand training and experience, however it is not offered through an online based campus.

Well so far the only thing about my school i dont like is the location. The reason why is because its so far away that i can't visit the campus. I live in kentucky and the school is located in Arizona and i would love to better my education in automotive repair but its not offered for online students. I have a passion for computer technology also so things are going good.
