The only worst thing I can think of is if suddenly my laptop computer would start having technical problems. If ever that comes a problem to me it might take a while for me to fix my computer and go back to classes online as soon as possible before the deadline.
The worst thing about my school is there is no real contact with anyone: teachers or students. I don't have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with anyone I am in class with since everyone is spread throughout the country, working from their own homes. It can be hard to complete team assignments when the team is spread out, but we are also learning valuable skills by conducting class this way.
The worst thing about my school is that you do not have the advantage of meeting insturctors or classmates face to face.
Doing the online classes is fast paced, especially when going for your Bachelors Degree. Each course lasts only five weeks and every week has a ton of stuff packed in that needs to be done. Sometimes it is a bit overwhelming.
I don't like math!
I think the worst thing about my school isthat I am going to have to leave this school because myAssociate's Degree I am getting ready to receive next month is so a lot cheaper than the Bachelor's Degree program here at this school. I am having to transfer t another University just to be able to afford the classes and paying funds back once I graduate. I am so shocked at the change in the prices. I am very upset about it to, and that is the reason for applying for a scholarship.
It is tough to say what the worst aspect of my school is because i haven't started at the University of Phoenix as of right now. I will, however, speak a bit about what i consider the worst part about the two year school that i just graduated from. I believe that the worst part about that college was the fact that it didn't necessarily push my learning to the limits. I felt the classes weren't necessarily challenging enough. This made me not as excited about school as i would of liked to be.
I attend classes online, so all my interaction with the professor and other students is over the internet. Most of the time, this is fine. However, when we are assigned group projects, sometimes it is tricky to do the work when you cannot meet with your teammates.
In Texas, Uof P is not accredited to teach in an on campus environment so I have to take online courses.
I really don't have any complaints since it is a distance-learning school.
The worst thing about my school is the inability to not meet the other students in my class face to face. Although we communicate well in postngs, e-mails and phone calls some face to face communication once in a while would be great.
Not having the classroom experience.
30{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} of each class grade is dependent upon learning teams, thus out of the individual student's complete control.
I would say the worst thing about my school is that, being an online school, I do not get the face-to-face interaction with my teacher and classmates that I would like.
The worst thing about the online program at University of Phoenix, is that it keeps you from truly connecting with your classmates and professors. This tends to make the courses boring and uninteresting, having no one around to ask deeper questions or study with on a regular basis. It makes it easy to lose interest . As well, course work is almost too easy and presents little challenge.
The only thing I can say is bad about my school is you dont get to meet the people you are in class with in person. You meet the people your in class with there the bio's they post. To me this is the only draw back to my school since I like meeting new people and interacting with them. It is still interactive but it is like reading a book you picture what they look like and what it looks like where they live.
I honestly have no idea what is bad about this school i havent started i have only enrolled...but so far it seems like a well respected school that i am sure i will enjoy attending .
Online classes, dedication to home work is needed; therefore, home and personal life suffers.
Not having face to face time with the instructor is the worst part about my school. I have to wait for them to answer the email.
The only negative thing about my school I can even think of is it's in Arizona, so the time difference is hard to remember. Also you have to turn your school work in on Arizona time.
The cost is extremely high and there isn't any face-to-face learning.
I have nothing bad to say about the school I am attending, I like it alot, It works for my schedule between working full time and my children sports schedules. I am now doing my Bachelors Degree
honestyly besides financial aid, everything is good. i enjoy it. finacial aid because i will have to pay back alot of loan money, and thats a little scary. even for a 19 year old.
The worst think about this school is that I cannot see other students or instructors because I am learning online. Otherwise I love learning online!
The worst thing about my school, would have to be the fact that it can get a little frustrating when you have to wait for a professor to get back in contact with you.
How other individuals (as this program incorporates group projects into the program) and their group work could affect one's individual grade for a particular project.
The cost.
Learning Teams; having to rely on someone to complete a part of your team assignment can be stressful situation;
The worst thing about my school is that many people think that an online college is not the same thing as a traditional college. I hate explaining to people that Axia is an acredited university and that the level of educatioj the same as any regular college if not more intense.
accelerated classes - 5 weeks per class. LOTS of work in a short period of time creates pressure
I am overall very happy with my school and the opportunity I have to attended it and get a degree with my busy schedule. If I had to say there was something I considered to be ?worse? about my school if would be the lack of social personality. I never get to see or meet my instructors or classmates in person. So their is no personable socialism outside the professional classroom discussions. I am a people person. I love meeting and socializing with people.
