You shouldnt attend this school if you need someone else to keep you on tract. There are lots of check in set in place but if you need to be in a classroom environment this isnt for you. If you dont like working in groups this school is not for you either.

Any type of person could attend the University of Phoenix because it is truly one of the best distance learning schools ever. They offer many different programs to help any and all students in many different ways. I strongly feel that any type of learner can do great things with this university and it would be unfortunate if someone wanted to start taking classes and they did not look into UOF.

University of Phoenix is not a school for a person who is looking to party or attend campus events. My school’s classes are designed for working and busy individuals who want to get in, do the work, and get done. The reason I enrolled at UOP is because I am a working single mother and I needed to better my life for myself and my little girl. My campus is small and quiet and I enjoy it because the majority of the students are in similar life busy and hectic life situations.

I think that everyone should attend University of Phoenix-Online Campus, it has so much to offer a student even those who do not like going to school. I had graduated in1991 with an Associate in Applied Sciences. The advisors has been a positive support system for me and just holding a conversations with them in the beginning motivated me to attend. When I need extra help I go to the student center here in Southfield, Michigan where the staff is always there to assist you. University of Phoenix- Online Campus has help me broaden my thinking and writing skills.

The type of person that should not attend this school would be people that need constant motivation.

Anyone who thinks they will not have to study or really work at it, school takes effort and that is the key to success.

The type of person that should not attend the University of Phoenix Online Campus would be a procrastinator or anyone that is not self motivated. If you are the type of person that does not work well under little supervision, then this school is not right for you.

With the University of Phoenix online course you must be a self starter, as with any online classes you do not have someone telling you what to do, so you must stay on top of your assignments and due dates; moreover, those who shouldn’t attend University of Phoenix are individuals who do not take the responsibility of college courses seriously.

I think that this school is great, but not for anyone who is prone to procrastination. You really have to set aside time to complete weekly tasks, but you are not alone. There is a ton of support from faculty as well as your peers, and interaction is key. If you prefer to complete work independently, this is not the school for you.

The coursework can be pretty tricky at times, and you're on your own quite a bit. I wouldn't reccomend it for a procrastinator or someone who can't handle a full load of work.

Someone who is not disciplined enough to keep up with the online requirements. A lot of young mothers have a difficult time because they have so much going on in their personal lives. Also, no one that does not have a dependable, fast computer at home or work. This is absolutely essential in order succeed in any online based course. Anyone that has the time to attend a brick and mortar should do that. Primarily because when there are questions about and assignment, it makes it alot easier to get resolution than waiting on an email reply from a professor.

Someone who is well disciplined, has good organizational and planning skills, and a high degree of internal motivation. In addition, I would say that people with a high internal locus of control as opposed to external locus of control. Instructors teach the material very well in my opinion but they do not baby sit and will not coddle those that are not organized or motivated.

Any person that wants to further their education without having the ability to go to a campus should attend. I recommend this school if you are self motivated and desire a degree.

A student who may lack self motivation would generally do better in a traditional stryle classroom enviroment. An online university requires time management skills, communication skills, integrity (upholds plagarism ethics) and is able to do his or her own research without being continually monitored by a professor or member of faculty. A student who learns better with face to face interaction and the need to build friendhips as part of the learning process may not be satisfied with an online class.

Anyone that is not discipline enough to sit in front of a computer for hours should not attend the online program at Phoenix. YOu also have to be disciplined when you are working on your assignments as they require a lot of reading rather than class lectures. This is a college that requires a lot of self motivation and self discipline.

Someone that puts everything off till the last minute and is not good with deadlines. The professors and advisors are there to help but it is ultimately up to the student. If the student does not want to tke to time to sit at a computer then UoP is not for them.

I think a person who is not very self disciplined wil not find the online programs at University of Phoenix the right fit for them. You have to be personally accountable for your school work and completeing it. All of your learning is based on how dedicated to getting all of the necessary work completed.

This is a great school for many different students, but those who would attend my school would need to be sure they know what they are interested in, because of the different programs offered. Also, having the ability to manage your time and make sure you complete each assignment and participation requirement early or on time. If you are more of a face-to-face learner this would not be a good fit, as many courses are completed using threaded forums, although instructors encourage you to call them or contact them with any concerns you have with your work.

I f you are really not committed to going to school you really shouldn't attend. You have to be committed, focused and have good time management for an online class cause it's more than you expect. I t's takes a lot of hard work and dedication. You should talk to an advisor before deciding to enroll in any classes ONLINE.

Well I attend the University of Phoenix and I am excited about taking the online courses for the first time. I would say it would have to take people that have the motivation and ambition to take classes at this school. It would take people that have good habits and those who really want to succeed. The University of Phoenix is a great school and one of the largest in the nation.

To be honest, if you dont want to attend this school, that's your own choice, but I think it is a great school. If there was a reason not to attend, I do not know it. I love attending this school, and I siggest everyone else should attend this school also. I hope that in writing this, I will bring more people to attend Universtiy of Phoenix along with me. What type pf person should not attend this school is people who take higher education as a joke because of the time, and money they would be wasting.

I feel anyone should be able to attend, well, unless you cannot navigate a computer, but it's something you would need to know just as well to be in any school. I honestly think online schools are a great invention. Flexibility is eveything when you're a single parent, and I feel University of Phoenix is exactly what fits my needs in that aspect.

I feel that if you get bored at the computer or you can not maintain at a computer and do homework. Or just like the fact of being able to travel and take a lap top with you and do assignments. Then I would suggest you go to a campus. Some people prefer to be around a lot of people to learn. They want to interact with the environment and enjoy campus life and partying. Online classes allow you to be able to move around and not just stay put . I would say people who are not so focused.

A lazy person should not attend this school. The assignments are demanding and require research and hard work to complete and receive a good grade. The discussion questions and replies each week require the students to do the reading homework in order to participate. A lazy person would not be able to keep up with the work. Another type of person would be a dishonest person. The University of Phoenix expects students to do their own work and will not tolerate plagarism. The University Library has a program that checks for plagarism to prevent dishonesty.

The type of person who should not attend this school is the type that requires a traditional classroom setting for learning. The on-line environment requires good time management skills and the ability to focus on the tasks at hand independently of a traditional teacher.
