University of Rhode Island Top Questions

A typical weekend consists of going out with your friends, going to hope commons for a midday brunch and doing it all over again.

Parties start either Wednesday or Thursday nights. The big thing at U.R.I. are bars. People love the bars. Other than that the house parties are off campus at Bonnet or Eastward, down the line. These parties get pretty large and you do need to arrange your own transportation unless you live close by. Weekends, unless it's finals week or midterms and everyone is studying, are usually spent in a haze. The party scene is pretty decent, although I must admit, I prefer to go to other Universities to party as I don't like arranging rides the majority of the time.
