I love attending the University of Saint Joseph. I would recommend the school to any High School Freshman unsure of where they would like to go. The university is so diverse and so involved of outside news. We support every and anyone in our community. Our University is definitely not the biggest but there is so much to do outside of the campus. Less than 10 min away is blue Back square and west farm mall.
The University of Saint Joseph has already taught me so much about life. I am definitely the odd one out, many of my friends went to colleges that were less focused on academics and more on partying but I am so glad that I chose this beautiful little school.
University of Saint Joseph is a great school for someone entering the field of healthcare such as Nursing. Based on the reviews from my counselors, peers who are students and visit, I strongly believe that the school will provide me with the necessary skills to have a successful career. With smaller class size and it considered to be one of the best Nursing programs in Connecticut, University of Saint Joseph is to me, a wise investment.
It's nice if you are looking for a quiet, calm experience. It is neatly tucked away in a small area filled with a lot of green. Class sizes are small so the professors know your name and you get a lot more help, at the expense of more diversity in culture.
The fall 2020 acceptance rate for University of Saint Joseph is 87%. That means, out of _____ applications received in 2020 , _____ students were offered admission. The number of males who applied was _____ vs the number of females which was _____.
You learn a lot about yourself in college. Therefore, you want to make sure the college ou choose is right for you. I was a wild child, and focusing on a task isnn't always that simpple. This steady paced college helped me focus on the work I had to get done free of most distractions. And in te process, I was able to find what it was I wanted to do with my life after college.
i think our school is best known for the academic programs, the small class rooms, and the wonderful faculty and staff
My classmates are nice and friendly and are always available for extra help.
The roommate matching system is not an easy process to adjust. Most importantly, changing roommates and rooms is not any easy process. Secondly, my school is unorganized concerning social events. As a result, students do not know about the event and does not attend.
Saint Joseph College has a small, cozy campus with friendly, warm faces.
Someone who prefers to attend a larger campus or university, because we are a really small campus where pretty much everyone knows everyone.
Kind, wants to be a nurse or teacher
One the best things about my school is that the class sizes are very small. The largest lectures we have are of about 50 people. Therefore there is always a way to participate in class discussion and ask questions when things are not understood. In addition my school has a very helpful center for academic excellence and the tutors are extremely helpful in creating study groups and editing papers. This is all free and is very helpful to student who do not really know how to study and teaches in study groups from a different perspective than the teacher.
The school has a very unique environment. The students and teachers were able to communicate very effectively here. The same can be said for the students in different points in their academic career. While most schools seemed to want to seperate people depending on their academic standting, majors, financial status, or even class year, the University of Saint Joseph made a point to be inclusive to all of its students.
Well I love this scool, but I wish there was more diversity. Even though people are generally acepting of people, as a minority it would be nice to have a more diverse classroom.
I wish I had known how supportive all of the staff is of there students. The classes are small and the professors can really get to know you and take special interest in you if you are open and let them. You can really get your money's worth attending this school.
