University of San Diego Top Questions

Where is the best place to get work done on campus?

Madelyn

The campus, generally speaking, is pretty quiet. But watch out -- during finals the library (Copley Library) is PACKED! I would recommend studying there during the regular semester, but once finals and midterms roll around, there are tons of other places to check out. The university is super helpful during finals as well because it reserves spaces on campus as "quiet study spaces" designated only for studying. These can be any places like classrooms, exhibit halls, and lounge rooms. My favorite spot on campus? Mother Rosalie Hall's study room. They're always pretty quiet and vacant. The only people that really study in there are graduate students. Also... I'd say to avoid the law library. I used to study there before the university went a little nuts and kicked the undergraduates out during certain times, like law student's finals. If you're going to study there, be quiet and respectful.
