University of South Carolina-Aiken Top Questions

After going through this survey, I'd have to say that the worst aspect about this school is the lack of a fitness center so I could work out and be healthy during class breaks. I feel like a fitness center would be a wonderful addition for the students to get their minds cleared and more sharp during the class work load.

I can't say that I consider anything bad about my school.

There is nothing that is too bad about this school. If i had to pick something it would be some of the students do not take enough time to really get to know other students before deciding that they do not want to hang out with them.

The worst thing about my school is having the athletics facilities across a main highway and not very accessible to student athletes without cars.

The worst thing would have to be all the walking you have to do in order to get to class and the drainage system is horrible when you have to get places. You are literally stepping in floods of water and it can be a little overwhelming.

The worst thing about the University of South Carolina-Aiken is that it does not offer the major that I have recently decided to switch to. However, the university is in the process of making it possible to major in this field.

The worst thing about USC Aiken is that when one proffessor does a insufficent job, it falls to the students. If only two people pas out of four classes, this needs to be looked into. If the students are just that stupid then nothing needs to be done. but if the students are smart enough to pass a general exam. Then the grade needs to be removed from the students record.

The absence of the coffee shop makes this semester less satisfying because that was the only place on campus to get a descent cup of coffee within walking distance. Now I either have to drive to McDonald's or Dunkin Dounts just to enjoy a good cup of coffee.

There are not enough scholorships for students who dont have their parents paying for everything, and have to take out student loan when they are the ones making the dean's list. All scholarships are partly based on the FAFSA, which asks about your parent's earning, but never asks who is the sole person paying for the tuition.

My school does not offer a transportation system for students with out methods of transprotation.

The worst thing about my school is that a lot of student go home on the weekends. I an out of state student and I dont have that opportunity to go home and see my family, so it would be a little better if some of the students stayed on campus some weekends.

The worst thing about this school is that it seems that some of the administration are unwilling to utilize advances in technology in order to save time, money, and be more eco-friendly. As of this writing, the student professor evaluation forms are still done on paper!

The worst thing about my university is the financial aid awards. They just don't cover enough expenses.

They worst things about this school is they type of food offered here. They school should offer more places to eat at a lower cost. The fire alarms go off and when a student gets out of their dorm door it goes off.
