I think USCL is an overall great school to attend. The teachers work with you and try to help you understand, The activities are broad and adventurous. You can meet a lot of new friends here.
It's small but charming. I wish there was better on campus food options, but I guess there needs to be more students before that can be added. I love the class size. I feel like I get one on one attention I wouldn't have gotten at a bigger college. I like it.
I am a third year student at USCL, and I am very happy with my decision to attend this university. It's small, so students and teachers can really connect. Every resource you need will be within a short radius due to the small size. Professors have high availability and care about students' success. Campus is right off the highway, so while we don't have a cafeteria (USCL is primarily a 2 year school, so I believe that has something to do with it) but we are right beside multiple fast food restaurants and grocery stores. I enjoy USCL and am looking forward to my next 2 years here.
My overall opinion of University of South Carolina-Lancaster is its an amazing school, there is so much to learn their, so many friendly people. There is so much to do their on campus and off campus, if you ever need help finding anything all you have to do is ask someone. I can not wait to begin in the fall!

If I had a chance to go back i would have three things to tell myself. One is to study a little more to get acustomed to doing so. The second would be to save as much money as possible because things can and will get tough at certain times. My last thing would have to be just to relax it's not as stressful as some people make it out to being.
My school is small but it is a good size for me and I feel like I am getting a great education there.
My classmates at The University of South Carolina Lancaster are very friendly. If i ever miss a school assignment or day in school, I can count of one of my classmates to give me my missed work and keep me caught up. Everyone seems to work really hard and seem to be dedicated and determined about there career. Some people are slackers though, but hopefully they will realize it and become more dedicated!
I wish I would have known the nursing program was so difficult to get into.
The worst thing I consider about The University of South Carolina Lancaster are that we don't have more programs for students. I think if we had more programs with a variety of activites that students would come more involved about being at school. Also I think we need to contribute to having more programs for children in middle and high shcool on why college is importanat and why they should continue there education after high shcool!
I believe the nursing program is very well known.
There were several great things at the University of South Carolina Lancaster, but I would have to say that one of the best things is the classroom sizes. Many class sizes are small and the college population isn't very large therefore the student gets a better one-on-one time with the teachers. Not only do they get more one-on-one time, the teachers don't have that many students so they get to know the students better which makes more college students feel more welcomed and comfortable.
The kind of person that should attend this school is everything it is a great school it is a smaller school, classes are great and everyone is so friendly.
This University is really an all around amazing college! I personally felt very accepted and actually enjoyed school. I knew that if I had any problems with anything I had loads of support and help behind me! The teachers actually WANT you to pass unlike the bigger universities where the classes are so full that teachers never even get a chance to learn your name. This school is not for the students who want to blend in and be surrounded by a huge college population.
