Someone who is very focused on academics and does not intend to take easy classes would attend the University of St. Thomas. Also, people who are looking to go into the medical field should strongly consider attending because it has one of the most prestigous medical programs in the country.

In all honesty, anyone who is close to his/her family should attend St. Thomas. It is a small school and all the buildings are easy to locate. It is at the heart of the city, but when you go into the campus the gardens and familiar feel makes everyone feel welcome. I have seen people who live in the neighborhood walk their dogs on campus. It is such a nice, peaceful place. When studying, I like to go outside and sit on the grass. Nature loving, family oriented , and dedicated students will love St. Thomas.

Any student that is interested in a fine liberal arts education but doesn't mind Catholic teachings. St.Thomas is a great school that balances both academics and faith in their curriculum. Although it is on the pricier side this school has a lot to offer.

The type of person that should attend this university is someone who wants to be provided by excellent opportunities and surrounded by amazing people who are very caring. Here there's an excellent set of faculty that are very supportive and are just looking out for your best interest but beyond that they care for your future and aiding you with your self discovery journey that is known as college.

The Universtiy of St. Thomas is a great school for those who want a liberal arts background. The school has been wonderful for learning about a variety of subects that are not appart of my business major, for example philosophy. UST is a good school for someone who prefers small classes and engaged teachers who want to develop a close relationship with each student.

People who will succeed at the University of St. Thomas need to understand that this is not a place to just hang out and party. There are cheaper places to go if that is what you are looking for in a college experience. This is because UST is not a "college" but rather a "university." UST students are those who seek to gain wisdom. Not just know-how or something easily regurgitated, but true intelligence that comes wtih being a serious student who loves to learn from every part of life.

An individual focused on receiving a highly personalized education. If you are very academic and grave personal attention, this is the school.
