Is the stereotype of students at your school accurate?

It is hard to say. I would say there isn't a general stereotype of the students at UOP because it is such a diverse bunch of people on campus.

I disagree. Although Stockton, does not have the greatest reputation, there are always things to do. Like any city it has its bad areas and its good areas. As long as you are in the right place at the right time you should be fine. We are at the center of multiple destinations. Tahoe is 2 hours away, Sacramento is a 30 minute drive, the bay area is an hour away. So when I get tired of doing the same old thing with my friends, we all pitch in for gas and take a road trip. In addition, the city council along with business partners have revamped our downtown area by building an Arena, Ballpark, and new restaurants to compliment everyone no matter what your background is. Overall, once you get to know this city and how its slowly but surely booming, as much as you might hate it,you will learn to love it.
