The small classrooms. Due to a small class population it is easier for the Professor to focus on the questions and concerns of the students during lecture and office hours. This way any problems may be resolved in an efficient manner. This also means that it is easier to go to a Professor office without the need of an appointment.

The best thing about my school is that the population size allows the teachers to interact with the students. The teachers are able to learn the students names and have enough time to tend to their needs. This makes it easier for the teacher to distinguish those that are ahead or behind academically and adjust according to the students' pace.
