What's the hardest thing about freshman year?

Trisha

Adjusting to the workload is probably up there. It's so easy to get overwhelmed and want to join everything, but you need to pick 2 or 3 activities. The workload is heavy and can catch you off guard if you're doing a million other things.

Adjusting to the fact that there aren't anymore extra credits and homework to boost your grades

Tina

The hardes thing about freshman year is accepting the fact that I needed to be studying in my free time. In high school, I never had to study much. In college however, it took me a while to learn how to manage all the free time I had. Instead of being in class all day like I was in high school, I needed to be studying all day. With few exams per semester, the material eventually builds up so cramming is not an option.
