I like Clark stacks, but they are pretty depressing to most people. There is a lot of different spaces to study. Find what works for you.

In the colder months, I enjoy studying in Clemens Library. The fourth floor is loud and social, the third is filled with Macs for creative projects, and the second floor is great for study groups, and the first floor is a quiet asylum. However, in the warmer months, it's an experience to sit by a tree on the lawn and look up at the astounding architecture while working.

Oh man, there are so many great places to go lock yourself up and study. The Harry Potter Room in Alderman Library has like a zero-tolerance sound policy so you won't get distracted there. Clemons Library is also open 24 hours and becomes many students' homes. Nau Hall is really nice and it has Starbucks for all you coffee addicts.
