Classmates were a mix of new high school graduates in their late teens, early twenties and business professionals returning to school to finish or obtain a degree. Classmates were engaging and provided collaborative learning opportunities through intelligent classroom discussions and debates, group work, and presentations. Classes were filled with students who wanted to be in class learning, not forced by law or parents.
Students at UW-Tacoma are pretty friendly, I have made new friends already with it only being a couple months in the school year. I don't think people are any different here from the other college I went to except the faster paced setting of Tacoma, verses a small farm town.
My classmates at University of Washington - Tacom were amazing.
They are very kind and helpful
