I think the best thing about UW Oshkosh is the people. From the professors and the other staff members, I have not met one member who was rude or did their job poorly. Every professor I have had did their jobs with enthusiasm and always had a smile on their face.

The best thing about UWO is the professors. I've been able to connect with so many of my professors because they care about their students. Especially their sucess at this school. This semester was crazy for me. Between cross country meets, getting a concussion, and family emergencies my professors took the time out of their day to make sure I got caught up. Some even sat down with me personally to reteach what I had missed and made sure they kept explaining till I completely understood. I never expected to get that much help, but they care at UWO.

it is very allowing for many different religions. It's nice to see that they allow groups of different religions to meet on campus! gives a great variety!

The most amazing thing about UW-Oshkosh is all the clubs and organizations it has to offer. In the beginning of the year, they hold a festival that gives clubs the ability to present what they do and to get others interested in their organization. It made me realize how much opportunity that Oshkosh has with the enormous amount of clubs and that I wish I could join almost every one. UW-Oshkosh, no doubt, has a club that can fulfill the needs or interests of any student.

I really like that its a small university that offers the students a mulititude of majors, sports & activities. They really go out of their way to provide a well rounded college experience. Every aspect is well thought out for the students to experience and grow.

The best thing about college is the freedom it allows. You are not in school for eight hours a day, five days a week. You go to class, however many a day you have, and then the rest of the day is yours. What you chose to do with your day is up to you. Obviously it would be best to do homework and/or studying. Personally I like to start my week off by figuring out exactly what needs to be done and when for each class. Then tackle each assignment individually.

One of the best things here at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh is that it's a smaller university. It being smaller makes it easier to be able to meet after a class or with a professor during their office hours. The professors are also very helpful and are knowledgable with the classes that they teach.

Admission to the College of Nursing is extremely competetive (only 70-75 applicants are accepted each semester while over 150 students apply). In addition, Oshkosh provides a University Honors program which is an organization for students with high GPAs and excellent academic achievement. As a part of the Honors program, students get the chance to study abroad affordably as well as register for classes earlier than other university students.

The best thing about the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh is the amount of clubs and organizations available to the students. Since there is a diverse amount of people that attend this college, there are a lot of diverse clubs and organizations for certain diversity groups. Being in college and being away from families, the students that attend here leave their culture behind. Unlike Christians, other diversity groups do not have a local churches to join, so they rely on the university organizations to continue their background and culture.

The best thing about my school would be that they are very understanding and amazing people. Everyone who works on the campus is great, they all actually care about what you do in life.

I think the best part of UW Oshkosh is all the amazing resources they provide for students. As a freshman, I was very nervous for the adjustment to college life; both social and acedemic aspects of it. At UW Oshkosh they give students the resources to truly succeed and do well. Whether it was having friendly and approachable professors or needing counseling, Oshkosh provided it. As a student, I never felt uncomfortable seeking out help and that is very important. I think all schools should strive to make their students feel this comfortable.

I love the campus and it's "hometown" feel. There are a lot of people but it's spread out and you never feel overcrowded. Everything felt like it was home when I visited and they offered my major which was even more exciting!

The professors will do just about anything to help the students learn and understand the material. They email back quickly and will always agree to meet you and help you if you're struggling.

I enjoy learning which is why I chose to attend a university to further my education. I transfered to UW-Oshkosh after attending UW-Green Bay for freshman year because I found that after reviewing some of the coursework, UW-Oshkosh had a much better computer science program which is my major. I love the atmosphere and the students. There are plenty of fun clean things to do around campus. Most of all, I love the size of UW-Oshkosh and the faculties positive involvment in student life and in helping them succeed.

The best thing about my school is resident life. There are many opportunities to get involved in the school while living on campus. There are clubs, organizations, and volunteering opportunites for students. There are clubs from playing pokemon to being a redcross volunteer. Even if a student is not a member of a club or organization there is events such as hands on oshkosh. This is for all students to take one day a semister to go out into the city where the school is located and volunteer. There is also volunteering opportunites for students to travel out of state.

The best thing about my school would be the workout facility. The reason I say that is because I am someone who finds staying in shape a very important part of my lifestyle. The university has so much equipment to offer that when I went on a tour to see it first I was overwhelmed. Then I learned how much it has helped me to want to stay in shape and my friends go there with me and we have a lot of fun playing games or juts working out

I consider the teachers and programs the university offers are the best thing about the college. There are many programs to choose from become helpful when a student doesn't know which program to complete. The teachers are very helpful to all of their students. Even though there is a student success center I am still able to go and talk to the teachers one-on-one.

I will be getting a top notch education right in my back yard and I can stay at home with my family while I get educated.

The best thing about UW-Oshkosh is that I feel like I fit in here. There are so many clubs and opportunities on campus and when you take the initiative to join them you do feel welcome. The students here care about the university and want to make a difference and that allows them to accept people from all different walks of life as long as they want to make a difference too. There is a sense of pride at UW-Oshkosh, for both the university itself and its students. This pride is what make the universtiy feel like home.

I believe the best thing about my school is that no matter who you are or where you came from there is always something for you to do and people that are just like you.

I have not yet attended UW Oshkosh because I am a transfer student for the spring semester. I was previously at UW Madison and enjoyed it, however it was not the school for me. I am looking forward to UW Oshkosh because I think the campus will be a better fit for me. I will enjoy the smaller size of the campus and the smaller class size. I believe both of those factors will be helpful for my education.

The professors are amazing here. They really make the material come to life. If at any time a student feels overwhelmed, needs more explanation, or just some advice on careers, they can go to a professor and discuss it with them. The professors make learning fun and engaging. They really care about their students.

My program is offered online which is a positive because the nearest university is an hour away from where I live.

With online classes we get to participate in a number of dicussions with each other on case studies to see what others oponions are. It is really great that I get to continue taking classes with the same people and watch as we all porgress towards our degrees.

The best thing about my school is the extra help available to students. Many classes have student instructors (SI's), that hold sessions outside of class to help students with various objectives of the class. UWO also has tutors for tons of classes on campus, that students might be struggling in. The academic center on campus can also help you find other ways to succeed. In my opinion this is the best thing about our school, because you can get the help you need to succeed.

I would like to announce that there are many good things about my school therefore I cannot just say one thing to describe it to the fullest. The reason why I say this is because from my perspective as an asian minority, this school welcomes me the best it can by providing many clubs and organizations that I can join to make new friends and to be well rounded, they make sure I am aware of what services are offered at this school, the academic advisors are tremendously nice and I feel at home being on this campus.

The best thing about my school is the services it includes in the tuition costs. The services include gym membership, bus pass, tutors, therapy and events. The gym is massive! It is two stories tall with every type of exercise machine imaginable and four full size basketball courts, the main reason it is my favorite place on campus. The school has events going on constantly if i had to guess i would say about three events per day and even more on the weekends. The great part about the events is it is an excellent way to find new friends.

The best part about Oshkosh is the wonderful education: teachers, helpfullness, and resources. Oshkosh really prepares students for the outside world. There are many tools to help students such as tutuoring, applying for jobs, job shadowing, developing communication skills, etc. My first year at Oshkosh was great because my teachers really cared and wanted students to do well. Many teachers offered hours outside of classtime for help. I loved learning at this institution, even more than at high school. I was the only person responsible for my grades and it was up to me, the student, to achieve success.

UW-Oshkosh is a great school. Oshkosh is a nice, small city, so you have some balance between small town feeling and some of the assets of a larger city. As a university, UW-Oshkosh has a great campus and a lots of programs that operate in ways that accomodate a variety of lifestyles, such as online, accelerated, and traditional classes.

Our campus has over 100 campus organizations! Even if you are unable to find an organzation that fits your needs it is easy to create one. We have a diverse, green, and welcoming I will never regret my decison to attend UWO, I love my campus!

The recreation center at UW Oshkosh is amazing. Not only do they have all the workout equipment you could ever dream of, they also have tons of fun activities to participate in. You can check out numerous athletic gear any time too.

The different free resources that are avalible on campus that are there to help us get the grades and education we desire. Also, they help motive us to continue and push forward when we feel like giving up on our dreams.

One of the best things about my school is the class sizes. Depending on how many people you are comfortable with being in a class with there are many different choices. You can choose larger lectures with upwards of around two hundred students or smaller classroom settings with around twenty students. Either way, it is still entirely possible for the professors to have a relationship with students on an individual basis.

The best thing here at Oshkosh is the opportunities. Between all the sports and the organizations, everyone is bound to find something that fits his/her own interests. At the "Taste of Oshkosh" almost all of the organizations are there and it is a great way to learn more and meet new people. Not only are there plenty of organizations, there are plenty of resourses to help everyone succeed. The writing center, tutors and peer educators help those who attend sessions so much. The opportunities are endless.

The campus is small and friendly. The Oshkosh community is mid-sized and very clean. If you put forth the effort, the teachers and staff are friendly and willing to help.

I would definitely consider the staff the best thing about this school. All of my classes are actually taught by actual professors and are always lively, informative, and very helpful. I can't but help to day dream in class that one day when I graduate I'll find a profession that I'm as passionate about as my professors are. UW Oshkosh is the place to go for quality teachers and a well-rounded education as far as I'm concerned!

I enjoy having class sizes that are not too small nor too big. I am quite shy so it is easier for me to learn in an environment where I can ask questions, however, not have to speak in front of a large group of classmates. My school offers free tutoring sessions which have helped me tremendously throughout my college career, aswell. The most important aspect of my schooling has been my Professors who have made my experience so enjoyable because they are always willing to help and meet with me outside of class time.

The best thing about the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh is that we have a fairly large amount of undergraduate students considering that it only takes 8 minutes to walk across our entire campus. Yet with so many people, I find myself always being able to see someone I know on a daily basis. The unique location of Oshkosh allows for a wide variety of people with different backgrounds to meet and attempt to understand each other better.

I think the best thing about this school is the work they put in to helping you meet new people. I'm from a very small town so I was a little afraid about meeting people at first, but they've made it so easy. Living in the dorms is a great way to meet new friends, along with the organizations at the school and the different clubs and activities they have make anyone feel welcome.

The best thing about UW-Oshkosh is that nothing is very far away. Everything is in an easy walking distance and in the winter, there are many buildings you can cut through to avoid the cold. It makes the university of 13,000 people seem so much smaller. It is the ultimate comprise of a medium size school with a small feel. The quality of many new building is also very appealing!

The best thing about my school is that it feels as if it's in a small town because the campus is small, but it's nice that I live in a bigger city with many things to do. I like this because I grew up in a small town and I just feel more safe and secure since this campus is small. Plus smaller campus means less to walk when the snow hits.

A great handful of them have lots of office hours where you can go meet with them one on one, unlike bigger schools where many don't have time for you. They seem like they really care about you and want you to succeed in your future. It's a great feeling when you know that they care about you and want you to do well.

The staff here is incredibly supportive. They will help you with any issue you may be struggling with, and are very understanding and willing to find solutions for your issues.

The best thing is the atmosphere. There are so many accomodations that can be made, people are friendly, and there are few problems around campus.

I like the diversity of the school and how its like a big melting pot.
