I was transferring schools and a friend recommended I look towards Vanderbilt. I got accepted, and it just seemed like a good fit. It's much more random of a choice for me than for most people. I never even visited!
There was no application fee! Just kidding. I decided on Vanderbilt because it had the best academics of all the schools that accepted me. It also had the SEC sports teams and the beautiful campus. The Southern atmosphere was the final tipping point for me. I was ready to get out of the Northeast and try something completely new.
