I wish I would've known more about how the professors are in the classes they teach. I wanted to know more about the dorm life and just living on campus. I wish I would've known about financial aid and how the breakdown of finances are. I also wish I had more info about the "small store" and bookstore on campus about what they carry and the prices of things

I wish that I had known how small the campus really was. I thought it would be bigger. However, because it is such a small school, the community is great. It's a great school if you want to grow in your faith and make lifetime friends while still learning and broadening your education.

I wish I had known the requirements of going to this school. I came in only four days before school began which ment i didnt get the chance to go over all of the rules and requirements. The rules and requirements are not bad at all but i feel as though I would have been a little more organized if I had known them from the start.

Before coming to Vanguard I spent a lot of time stressing over how I should present myself. I knew that starting college in a new town would give me a fresh start, and a place to reinvent my image so I bought certain outfits and downloaded certain music. When I got to Vanguard and spent time there, I realized there was no reason at all to pretend to be someone else. I wish I had known from the beginning that being true to myself was always the best route to take. It would have saved me from the stress.

I would of also wanted to know about different jobs around our area before coming to school. Even though its been nice still knowing about them now.

I wish I would have known that there was little parking. Also, the fact the housing facilities are not all that great, especially for upperclassmen. In addition, when living on campus you must have some sort of a meal plan, I was not expecting that.
