Fontello - 08/04/2023

Warner University is a private Christian college located in the small community of Lake Wales, Florida. Everyone is encouraged to have a Christ like character and determine his or her own Christian world views. The atmosphere that surrounds the campus and on campus is very warm and inviting. Faculty and staff are committed to ensuring every student succeeds. I'm an adult online student and I love the way the academic advisors and professors make every effort to maintain consistent and open communication with every student.

Sarah - 07/08/2020

I love Warner, but I definitely do not love that living off campus is not an option. I cannot afford to live on campus and I am facing the fact that I may not be able to return for my senior year of college. Other than that, I love Warner and am proud to be a Royal.

Shannon - 05/16/2020

I feel like Warner University is a place where you are always welcome. You are accepted as you are and you can ask questions freely.

Mikayla - 07/11/2019

Warner is a wonderful school and it's very religious, it is small and efficient. When I went for a school tour it was very neat and I'm excited to go to this school and meet new people and start this new chapter of my life. I will be living on campus and I am very excited to meet who I will be living with. I also can not wait to decorate my room into something that reminds me of home and of my new life.

  2. What should every freshman at your school know before they start?

If I could go back in time to talk to myself without letting my other self know its me so I don't feel like there is something wrong with me, I would give myself more confidence and be more of an extrovert. First I would observe myself a day or two or a week how I am doing in school. Then I would advise not to worry like I use to in High School for my College years. In College your an adult and there is freedom timewise and how you can speak to your Professors or walk on campus; also more activities than there was in High School. If I know I did my work and well in my grades in High School then College would be just the same just a little stricter because your working on your career to succeed in reality, in life. Talk to people on campus who are ahead in their years in College and your Professors for advise in succeeding in your chosen career. Going down the right path by making the right connections in life and with God all things are possible.

  4. What's unique about your campus?

I really love the size of this school sometimes. The fact that it is small means that I know just about every professor on a personal level, and they know me. This can be a bit of a struggle with rumors and everything, but there are advantages. I've never been in a class here with over 30 kids, and I think that is awesome. I know big universities have a couple hundred in a lecture hall, and I am grateful that I never will experience that.

  5. What do you consider the worst thing about your school? Why?

Really, the worst thing about attending Warner is the fact that emphasis is put on getting students here, not keeping them. Combine that with the fact that the schools is small enough so everyone knows what's going on in every one else's lives, and life here can be a bit of a headache. The school doesn't bother improving the cafeteria or on-campus accomodations; instead, they spend money on Admissions to recruit new students.

  6. Describe how your school looks to someone who's never seen it.

Warner is a very small school. It is in the middle central florida. It is a small in the country kind of school. It only has three buildings, but it is growing. You are going to get a great education and meet friends that will last a life time. The people you meet your freshman year will still be your friend you senior year. I have enjoyed my time at Warner and not only will I remember my friends, I will remember my professors as well. We are one community!

  7. Describe your favorite campus traditions.

I believe Warner is accredited for being a Christian Liberal Arts University . Maybe getting your education is your interest in becoming an Educator for High School Students in a particular Art. I like Warner for my vocal singing since I began in Middle school, sixth grade. Now I sing in the ministry choir for Warner . We performed the first Spring Concert in April it was a total success. I have liked all my teachers for chorus since middle school and hope to continue by adding an instrument to my vocal singing. Practice makes perfect even with my disablilty.

My school is a Christian based school. It has a chapel service twice a week that students are required to go to. My school has 3 mandatory Bible classes everyone must take. A person can not help but think about spiritual things at my school. By the time you leave Warner, you will know what you believe in, or at least thought about it a 1000 times. The school chalenges you to think about what you believe.

I feel that any person can attend this school. Someone who is dedicated to their studies and to God is sort of important because we are a christian school. Nobody is treated different at warner everyone is equal, there are some more religious than others but if someone is really not into religion or christianity than maybe they will feel uncomfortable because every student has to attend chapel every week once a day. Any athelete will defenetly fit in at Warner since its mostly made up of atheletes.
