As an athlete at the college, it is a great experience. We have top notch facilities and an even better coaching staff. Housing is the only problem I have encountered. It is very difficult to get off campus, but the door facilities are very nice. The food is good most of the time, but there are some rough nights. If you are interested in the night life there are things to do, but it's not every night thing.

Wartburg college is a beautiful college thatbis well maintained year round. They offer a larfe selection of majors and minors as well as a great assortment of quality extracurricular activities. The only downside of wartburg comes from individuals, but not from the college as a whole.

Liberty - 12/10/2020

I am sure that the pandemic has made everyone's college experiences duller this year, but as an incoming first year, the college experience as a whole has been a bit disappointing. However, I do not blame the college for this, because the faculty and older students had clearly been trying their hardest to make the experience the best that they could within the circumstances.

I love Wartburg so much! I have met so many amazing people and everybody is so friendly and welcoming. The professors are extremely helpful and the class sizes are a great size to get the help that you need. The atmosphere here is a great and the sense of community makes you feel like you belong. There is no other college I would rather be at.

  8. What do you consider the worst thing about your school? Why?

The worst thing about my school would be the diversity on campus. My college brings in many students from all over the world, but when they get there the school does not do anything with them. In this case, there are so many opportunities to enhance the school and attract more newcoming students, but they do not take advantage of them. Most of the time, the minority and international population on campus leave the school because they do not feel a part of the campus.

Before coming to college I wish that I would have known... I wish I would have known how easy it would be to make friends. I was scared that nobody would like me and I would be a loner. I wish I would have known that it was okay not to have a major picked out. There are people who are trained to help you figure it out. I wish I would have known how AWESOME this experience would be.
