It has a beautiful 500-acre campus complete with our very own lake! The students are friendly and will make you feel right at home. The professors are easily accessible and are willing to go over problems one-by-one on your homework that you didn't fully understand. The classes are interactive; you won't be in a huge lecture hall with 100s of other students. The professor actually notices if you're missing or late.
Most people know of Wellesley as an elite all-women institution that is academically competitive. Among other college students, Wellesley women are known for being intelligent, aggressive, and fun.
My school is known for its incredible academic rigor and its very loyal alums who are always interested in how their school and its current students are faring. Wellesley is known for its strong-minded and strong-willed women who are determined to change the world, but only on their terms.
Wellesley is best known for it's powerful alumnae and the college's resources. We have an exceptionally beautiful campus, stellar professors, and noteworthy student facilities. Wellesley is known as one of the finest liberal arts colleges in the U.S., and we're all-female to boot. And the Boston Marathon wouldn't be the Boston Marathon without the Wellesley Scream Tunnel.
Its liberal arts education and strong femal alumnae, such as Hillary Clinton and Madeleine Albreight.
Success and Hillary Clinton.
Wellesley College is a place for "women who will make a difference in the world" and, I think many of the alums are high-powered, amazing women. Wellesley is a women's college so you do hear stereotypes that we are a school full of lesbians and/or sluts, and lots of people know about us that way. It's also the school the film Mona Lisa's Smile is set at, and where 2 of the past 3 Sec of State went (Clinton and Albright).
Creating strong, independent women who will make a difference in the world, no matter what they end up doing.
Wellesley is known for its prestigious liberal arts education and all-women's environment. It is also known for its beautiful campus.
