I just transferred to this school from Wesley College in Dover, Delaware. This school seems to have a warm feeling to it which I could tell the minute I attended the open house. The faculty seem more like a close-knit family and the whole campus atmosphere seems relaxing and comfortable.
I think any kind of person can attend the school. The school does have a great teacher program and they have their own weather station.
Someone Who is very self-motivated, knows what they want, and can create their own surroundings well. They should be resourceful, hard-working, and driven. They should not let their surroundings affect their standing (academically), outlook, or situation as a whole. They should be people who don't want to spend a lot of money on a degree, and can deal with the lesser education for the lesser money. They should be able to deal with living in sub-par housing situations and can deal with bad food.
In the art program, it's best to be self motivated and driven. The staff will help yes, they push and shape you... but only do that you Love to do... otherwise you can be spending alot of money over nothing. This isn't a bad school to test out a few options in, tuition is generally cheap.
Anybody with a work-focused, dedicated mindset
A person who is into learning different perspectives and who enjoys being aroungd a group of diverse people should attend this school.
Someone who doesn't want to attend a huge school with large lecture halls, but with more focused classes.
