I like the school spirit and the size of the the school. Everyone is friendly and likes to have a good time. Most people are career driven and have a good idea about what they want to do after they graduate. It is a fun atmosphere to be in and I would recommend the school to most anyone.
The best thing about this school is that everything is almost in walking distance. If you want to visit a friend who is across campus it is about a 10, 20 or 30 minutes walk if you know where you are going and what is the quickest way.
The close school buildings
The best thing about Western is everyone is there to help you. All the faculty and staff do all they can to make you feel comfortable and welcome from day one.
People are generally friendly and very polite to one another on campus. It is the people, faculty and students, that make WMU feel comfortable and safe.
I like how the main campus is all in one area. Especially being a business student, all of my classes are located in the same building usually. It is an easily walk to and from campus and to any of the buildings on campus. It just sucks in the winter time
The Atmosphere of WMU is amazing, there is nothing better than going to a Division IA football game late and sitting in the front row. There is always something to do and lots of people to meet.
