WNMU is a great school the academics are amazing!!!! Class sizes are perfect. You will definitely get to know your professors which is the best. However, the environment off campus is pretty boring if you're a city person. If you love the outdoors this place is truly for you!!!
I believe this is a wonderful university, it has great features! Although, it is complicated to get certain help when needed. You have access to all the learning material that a college student needs. The athletic groups are always a nice break from classes to go watch and cheer for our school.
It's a very unique and extraordinary place filled with many extracurricular activities and events happening. Just like any college campus, life can be a blast and memorable if one take's part in the campus life, but it can equally be awful if an individual is a recluse and does not partake in socializing or activities. It has great class sizes and awesome faculty. The place is in a small town filled with culture and diversity.
It’s a small school but that’s what makes it so great. Small classes means teachers actually know you and your not just a number.
The fall 2020 acceptance rate for Western New Mexico University is 100%. That means, out of _____ applications received in 2020 , _____ students were offered admission. The number of males who applied was _____ vs the number of females which was _____.
If I could go back in time and talk to myself as a high school senior, I think the best advice would be to take your SATs and ACTs a lot more serious than I took it. Not only does it help you get into a university of your choice, but it also helps a lot with finding scholarships and gives you a better chance at getting them. Another piece of advice would be to start taking summer classes before the fall semester so you can get a taste of what the classes will be like and how you can start thinking ahead of how you will make time for homework and study hours.
So far it's just the fact that you have to keep yourself busy since there is not that much you can do during the weekends here. Besides that, everything else is great.
Some are hard working and some are not.

Western offers opportunities to students throughout the area and in three counties and through online classes. Western also has very helpful and supportive staff members. It's also a beautiful campus with a diverse student body.
I grew up in this town, so I knew pretty much everything.
Someone who enjoys interacting with others and who isn't afraid to make friends. This person should also enjoy the outdoors and activities.
Someone who wants to be around a lot of people. it's a small college but it's a very good and efficient college.
The school is known for having many branches in several locations across New Mexico, and its programs in Education.
The thing i considered best at my school is that it tries to be flexable with everyones schedule and needs, depending wholly on what they may be.
Western has great teachers. We're small but the classroom sizes are good for learning.
