Wilberforce University Top Questions

Not having more activities to do and more sports besides basketball for other students.

The worst thing about Wilberforce is the library doesn't stay open late all week, neither does the weight room. I can't expect much because of the school not being funded by the public but other than those minor complaints I love my HBCU.

not many activities and no food places around campus........basically terrible cafe food and the school is kinda in the country

The worst thing I consider about my school is, when a student needs help with something, it should be more than one person they can talk to. They shouldnt have to get the run-around or have to wait days for the issue to get solved, when it needs to be handled right away. Another thing is activites. We don't have the resources to do a lot of different activities.

We dont have a football team so when its homecoming we use basketball. The food is pretty bad too.

The student body. It seems like they allow anyone to attend the university now.

The worst thing about this school is where it located. The location of the school is more so by its self. Though it?s next to central state college they are both by their self. You have to talk a bus everywhere you go, also the lack of fun the school has. When you go to college you expect to get an education but you also expect to have a little bit of fun in the process. All I?m saying is that when I work had the whole week I would love to have some fun on the weekends.

The worst thing I consider about my school is the Cafeteria food they feed us. Sometimes it is not cooked all the way well and many students get sick from it from eating it. It would be better if they actually cared for us and served us healthier and made sure the food was done all the way.

The school is a private school and too small. Because Wilberforce University is a private school, we don't receive the same amount of government funding that a public university would receive. This causes us to have older facilities and not up-to-date technology.

In my opinion the worst thing about Wilberforce is that it is extremly unorgainzed. It seems as if there isn't anything done on time or in an orderly fashion. Im not sure as to why this is happening but it is.
