The most frustrating aspcet of my campus, and most likely every campus, is the parking. If you do not arrive at least an hour before your class, you will have to walk approximately a quarter mile. If the weather is bad, the walk seems to be never-ending.

Alex

Having to take the shuttle bus to get to another art building in campus to take a class. i also dont like the fact that there is construction going on in campus since this creates detours and doesnt make the campus look good.

Christine

Sometimes an 18 year old doesn't know what they want out of life and going in as a freshman can be intimidating and frightening. A great portion of the advisors at William Paterson dont give you great guidance. Its very unhelpful to feel lost and not have someone to turn to. I have went to several advisors and haven't felt comfortable with one. On the contrary, I have gotten a lot of negative imput from those who are supposed to be guiding me in a positive direction.

Billy

The Parking

Carli

If you have a problem or a question you get the run-around from all the departments and none of them know where you are supposed to go for help and you are sent out on a wild goose chase.

Yan

The surrounding evironment of William Paterson University tend to provide me with a "home" feeling. I love school because that's the only place that i can devote my time doing "school work" and somekind of "serious business". What frustrates me the most is that fact that our school is not 24/7. Sometimes i just need to go to school to do something, whether it's early in the morning, late at night, or even during the weekends, I tend to encounter some inconvenience resulting from the university's normal operating hours.

Mariam

Perhaps the most frustrating thing about my school are the adjunct professors who many times I believe are not equipped to teach a college course ( do not have enough experience, expertise, etc.)

Donivyn

The school is going through a lot of changes and construction right now. I know that it will improve the university in the long run, but it's pretty hard to deal with now.

Tatiana

The parking! Although, I've heard its much better than other schools and it's free, its usually really hard to get a good spot. Some people come hours earlier just to walk a little less onto to campus.

Steven

Parking, parking, parking. Students are often late because they work and all enter the college at the same time and the parking lot cannot handle the volume. There are times where there are NO spots even from the farthest walking points.

Catherine

The administration very rarely will give you a straight answer about things, so you will get the runaround or just not know things because no one will tell you straight up what is going on.

Natalie

The most frustrating thing about my school is that I'm a commuter and live 45 minutes away. However not including my commuter distance I don't believe that there is anything frustrating about it until final week comes.

Jamie

The most frustrating thing about my school is that it is underrated.

Christopher

That there Bursars Office is a joke; They have no idea, neither does finacial aid, have any idea on what they are doing. All processing of money and loans and grants takes too long, usually resulting in me having to re-register, even if i had all my classes scheduled 5 months prior to school starting, and the money is coming to them, and they know, yet they put me through this hell of re-registering and screwing me over, year after year...
