You don't need to know what to do with the rest of your life immediately after college, but it's important to have some idea of what jobs you'd like to explore. There are many factors to consider. While salary is typically at the top of the list, it's arguably more important to find a job that helps you feel fulfilled and lets you maintain a healthy work-life balance.

These days, working full-time really means working more than 40 hours a week, which can make it tough to keep a good balance between work and home. But some jobs do have a little more flexibility than others. Glassdoor published a list of 25 jobs with the best work-life balance that you can add to your list of career possibilities. Employees rated their work-life balance from best (5) to worst (1).
