Eligibility: U.S. high school senior, undergraduate, or graduate students, 18 years of age or older.
To Apply:  Submit two short essays of no more than 250 words each.


Hardwick & Pendergast, P.S. Scholarship

Eligibility: U.S. high school senior or undergraduate students, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
To Apply:  Submit an essay of 500 to 1,000 words.

Abbott and Fenner Scholarship

Eligibility: U.S. high school junior or senior or be currently registered in any accredited post secondary institution.
To Apply:  Submit an essay of 500 to 1,000 words describing your educational career and life goals.


Ocean Awareness Student Contest

$ Award:   up to $1,500 (multiple awards)
Deadline:  6/17
Eligibility: U.S. middle school or high school students.
To Apply:  Submit an original work in a format of visual art, prose, poetry, or film and a short written reflection of 100-250 words to accompany your submission.


Cappex Big Money Scholarhsip

$ Award:   $3,000
Deadline:  6/30
Eligibility: U.S. citizens in high school or college or who plan to enroll within 12 months.
To Apply:  Sign up on the scholarship provider's website.


Digital Privacy Scholarship

$ Award:   $1,000
Deadline:  6/30
Eligibility: U.S. high school, undergraduate, or graduate students.
To Apply:  Compose a 140-character message about digital privacy.


Chaffin Luhana Anti-Distracted Driving Scholarship

$ Award:   $1,000
Deadline:  6/30
Eligibility: High school junior, senior, or undergraduate students, 25 years of age or younger.
To Apply:  Submit an essay of between 500 and 750 words in length that responds to one of the topic prompts related to distracted driving.


Impact on the Community Scholarship

$ Award:   $1,000
Deadline:  6/30
Eligibility: U.S. students accepted to or enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a commitment to community service.
To Apply:  Submit an essay of 750 and 1,000 words, a resume, and a copy of transcripts.

Deadline:  6/30
Eligibility: U.S. citizens or residents who are 13 or older.
To Apply:  In 250 words or less, tell us "If you could get one 'do-over' in life, what would it be and why".
