FEATURED: Course Hero Scholarship

Award: $5,000
Deadline: Last day of every month.
Eligibility: U.S. college students.
How to apply: Review a college class you’ve taken.

Science Ambassador Scholarship

Award: $15,000 per year (renewable up to 4 years)
Deadline: 12/11/2016
Eligibility: Female students who are high school seniors or college undergrads at a U.S. school, majoring in a STEM field.
How to apply: Submit a three-minute video explaining a science topic you're passionate about.

Savvy Saver Scholarship

Award: $2,500
Deadline: 12/13/2016
Eligibility: U.S. students ages 18 or older, attending college in the U.S.
How to apply: Tweet about why saving money is important as a college student and submit a 400- to 600-word essay explaining your tweet.

ShirtSpace College Scholarship Contest

Award: $2,500
Deadline: 12/15/2016
Eligibility: U.S. students who are high school seniors or college undergrads with a 3.5 or higher GPA.
How to apply: Express yourself by designing a T-shirt and posting about it on Instagram.

AvaCare Medical Scholarship

Award: $1,000
Deadline: 12/15/2016
Eligibility: U.S. high school seniors or college undergrads with a 3.0 or higher GPA who are interested in a medical career.
How to apply: Submit a blog post, video, or photo describing an act of kindness that inspired you.

AXA Achievement Scholarship

Award: $10,000 (52 awards)
Deadline: 12/15/2016
Eligibility: U.S. high school seniors who plan to enroll in an accredited two- or four-year college or university.
How to apply: Submit essay that describes one outstanding, non-academic achievement you've accomplished.

Reeves Law Group Scholarship

Award: $2,500
Deadline: 12/15/2016
Eligibility: Current law school students and college seniors who have been accepted to and plan to attend a law school.
How to apply: Submit an essay or PowerPoint presentation of approximately 750 to 1,000 words describing your planned contribution to the field of law.

Burger King Scholars Award

Award: $50,000 (one award), $1,000 (2,500 awards), $5,000 (numerous awards)
Deadline: 12/15/2016
Eligibility: Residents of U.S. or Canada who are high school seniors with at least a 2.5 GPA and work 15 hours or more per week.
How to apply: Submit an online application that details your academic performance, community service, and work history.

CourseHorse Learner's Scholarship

Award: $1,000
Deadline: 12/15/2016
Eligibility: U.S. citizens who are 25 years old or younger, currently enrolled as a high school senior or in college in the U.S.
How to apply: Create a blog post or video describing what learning means to you.

Unigo Top Ten List Scholarship

Award: $1,500
Deadline: 12/31/2016
Eligibility: U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents ages 13 and older.
How to apply: In 250 words or less, create a top-ten list of reasons you should get this scholarship.

Unigo $10K Scholarship

Award: $10,000
Deadline: 12/31/2016
Eligibility: U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents ages 13 and older.
How to apply: In 250 words or less, tell us if you think going to college is worth it.
